Have only been using this a week but it has definitely eased the pain with my stomach ulcer. I also have Crohns Disease and IBS. This means that they are particularly hard to swallow as they tend to float and stick to the back of your throat. It is recommended that you take 4 capsules three times daily so be aware that if you are taking the maximum dose then the 100 capsule bottle is only going to last you 8.3 days - something they don't tell you in the description I think.
