This product is intended for occasional use during periods of intensive exercise for triathletes, marathoners, and other endurance athletes.
MCT Oil is recommended to be used only in combination with healthy sources of dietary polyunsaturated vegetable oils, such as Melrose Flaxseed, Safflower and Sunflower Oils.
Discontinue use if you experience nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal cramps or other gastrointestinal discomfort.

100% Medium chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut oil (C8, C10).

MCT consists of food grade Caprylic (C8) 55-70% and Capric (C10) 29-45% acids with less than 2% Caproic acid (C6) and less than 3% Lauric Acid (C12).

For everyday use. Can be taken straight, added to hot drinks, smoothies and salad dressings. For best results to be taken as part of a low carbohydrate diet. Serving suggestion: Start with 1 teaspoon per day. After one week slowly increase dosage to 1-2 tablespoons daily.
