Co-Enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a vitamin-like substance found in every energy-producing cell of the human body. It plays a major role in the production of energy with its role in the manufacturing of ATP, especially in the heart; it helps this organ beat more than 100,000 times each day. CoQ10 provides the cells with the energy they need to digest food, heal wounds and help maintain healthy muscles.
