Acute: Use 4 drops per dose orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses (if required) then 3 times a day as required. Chronic: Use 4 drops per dose orally 3 times a day as required. Arnica Lotion diluted with 9 parts of water is ideal for use as a wet compress which can be left on overnight under a loose elastic bandage. I brought this for use during the birth of my second child (after having a lot of bruising and swelling with my first). It worked a treat and I was much more comfortable post birth.
