Detox Clay Powder

It was suggested this would help getting up out of bed in the mornings, with the joints not being so stiff.
It was true. I had to continue using it for about 2 weeks before this became obvious.
I started taking a flat teaspoon of the clay with a 1/8 teaspoon of ground turmeric in a glass of milk, lately I have added a teaspoon of olive oil, to help hold the clay in suspension.
