Absolute Essentials Clary Sage (Organic) is used to encourage a positive outlook and support healthy emotional processing. It is a general leveller and can be used to encourage relaxation in stressful times and also assists mind and body balance during premenstrual and menstrual phases, and is a great skin tonic.

Blends well with: Cypress, Lavender True and Sandalwood.

Oral Health: Clove Bud can be blended in the following ways: Tooth comfort 1 drop to 1ml of Sweet Almond oil and rub on the gum; 1-2 drops to a bowl of hot water, soak a small towel, wring out and place on the cheek. Replace the towel as required. Mouthwash - 1 drop of clove bud to water, stir and use 3-4 times a day (adults only).

Air Antiseptic: Add 5 drops of clove oil daily to an AromaStone as an air antiseptic in a sickroom. If the aroma is too strong, blend with pleasant smelling oils such as Spruce or Lavender.

Immune System: To support healthy immune functions when there are ills and chills about, diffuse a few drops into your living or working space.

Mental Alertness: To support clear thinking and alertness diffuse into your working space.
