Wet masks work more to infuse active ingredients into the skin, hydrate, soothe, calm, heal and freshen the skin. They tend to remain moist on the skin and are usually gel based or made from plants, fruit, vegetables, honey or eggs.
Toner should be applied twice a day after cleansing and is the basis for moisturising your skin. Apply the toner by spraying or dabbling it onto the skin. To prevent moisture loss, apply moisturizer while the toner is still just damp.
