Since I have started using this the main positives I've found is its refreshing and easy to apply 2 to 3 sprays leaving you feeling more awake and refreshed. I tend to use this at anytime of the day. And both my morning and night routines after cleansing - Unsure how much of a difference this product makes on its own however when paired with a cleanser and moisturiser is seems to do well. This product feels like sprayed water on your face which i found is great for the mornings to help wake yourself up. I love to spray this on my face first thing in the morning. It wakes up my skin with its lovely fresh smell and cool moist re-hydration after a long night. *Results may vary from Customer to Customer I have tried this toner and found it did its job however the scent a little too strong for me - I usually like strong scent moisturiser, cleanser etc however I found I personally prefer antipodes Ananda Toner which is what I use now as this has a weaker scent however the product itself worked as it was suppose to. I have sensitive skin and have struggled to find products that I am happy to use (especially with toners). This product is just amazing - I use the rose cream cleanser - spritz this then moisturiser.
