Arnica Plus Oral Spray

I brought this for use during the birth of my second child (after having a lot of bruising and swelling with my first). It worked a treat and I was much more comfortable post birth. This lives in my handbag and I use it whenever my little girls have any significant ouch accidents (common in preschoolers) and they now even ask for it. It's a great mental and physical healer and I recommend it to lots of people. Everyone I know who tries it is not disappointed. Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. Equally, if symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the remedy immediately and consult your healthcare professional.

When there is a risk of bleeding i.e. during surgery, it is recommended to use Arnica 30c, 200c or 1M. Ingredients
