Seaweeds

Eat straight from the bag. 
Excellent with eggs, salads, soup, pizza, pasta, stir fries, vegetables, seafood, rice or with nuts and seeds.
Use in savoury baking, Mediterranean dishes or soups.
Pairs wonderfully with chocolate and ginger.

Simmer to make a broth or rehydrate and leave to form a gel which will keep for weeks in the fridge. 
Use the gel to set raw desserts or give texture and added nutrients to smoothies and jams.
Apply gel directly to skin to moisturise or soothe as an ingredient in home-made cosmetics. 

Blend into smoothies, sprinkle into soups, stews and stir fries, or garnish eggs, potatoes and pasta.
