When combined with 65% hemp protein, this creates a protein blend that is not only high in protein, but high in fibre and rich in omegas 3, 6 and 9 as well.

Dissolve or mix 2 heaped tablespoons in 200ml of water, milk of your choice, yoghurt or natural juice of your choice. Consume 1-4 times per day depending on how much protein you want in your diet.
