Lunette Feel Better Menstrual Cup Cleanser is a liquid wash especially suited for silicone menstrual cups. It is scented with lemon and eucalyptus oil for their various sanitising properties.
Sanitise your Lunette menstrual cup before and after your period by cleaning it with Lunette FeelBetter Cup Cleanser, Lunette Cupwipes or boiling it in hot water for 3-5 min.
Before insertion:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Check that the air holes at the top of the cup are open.
3. Fold the cup on itself to make it flat and then into a C shape.
4. Guide it rim first into the vagina.
5. To check that the cup has fully opened, slide a clean finger up to the cup bottom and feel it - it should be round.
Lunette can be used any time in your menstrual cycle, from heavy to light flow days. Lunette is emptied about 2–4 times a day, can be used for up to 12 hours, also overnight. The measuring lines on the cup help monitor your flow and easily learn your rhythm.
To remove:
1. Wash your hands and relax your muscles.
2. Grasp the bottom of the cup.
3. To break seal, squeeze the bottom of the cup.
4. Be sure not to pull it out by holding the stem alone.
5. Tip contents into the toilet.
6. Rinse and reuse.
