I was really excited to try these to see if they'd help my kids stay healthier this winter. After some time miss 5 developed uti like symptoms but tested clear, apparently in some forms elderberry is a diuretic and for some people it can use urinal issues/discomfort. *Results may vary from Customer to Customer I highly recommend these gummies.
