I was really excited to try these to see if they'd help my kids stay healthier this winter. After some time miss 5 developed uti like symptoms but tested clear, apparently in some forms elderberry is a diuretic and for some people it can use urinal issues/discomfort. *Results may vary from Customer to Customer I highly recommend these gummies. We have just had a bout of norovirus through Dad and the youngest sibling (who wasn't having these particular gummies) and she totally avoided it!
