Was having sleep problems and the product is working well. Sleep now 5 - 6.5 hours per night instead of 4 -4.5. *Results may vary from Customer to Customer I've used Clinicians REM tablets in the past and found them quite good. This product I saw on Clinicans FB page. I was intrigued and read some more about its ingredients, namely magnesium and ETAS. These two work to promote quality and length of sleep and alleviate stress and fatigue. I can honestly say they do exactly what they say. I had a week off work recently to get on top of household issues and used the time to nap during the day and with the assistance of these capsules sleep well at night. I'm sold. One night I had 9 hours sleep which is the first time in many years. I also sleep through to after 7 am which is so rare its news worthy. I Just felt so rested and calm the next day and the effects lasted throughout the morning. There are no unpleasant side effects.
