Weleda Tendinitis Cream is a traditional, herbal product for the relief of tendinitis, pulled muscles, sprains, and strains, eg. RSI (OOS), twisted ankle, strained back, etc., bruises, especially to bony areas, eg. blow to the shin; broken bones after removal of the cast.
Belladonna 6x
Cinnabar 6x, In water/ethanol base.,
Adults and Children over 12 years: 2 sprays
Children 3 to 12 years: 1 spray
Spray to the back of the throat every 1 to 2 hours. As symptoms improve reduce dosage to 3 times daily. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children below 3 years: Add 1 spray to a small amount of water and give by teaspoon every 1 to 2 hours.
