Effervescent Tablets

1 to 2 tablets per day. Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of warm (not boiling) or cold water to make a pleasant berry flavoured drink. Sambucol® Effervescent Tablets are pleasant tasting and provide Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), vitamin C & zinc.
