1. Soak in tepid water and gradually warm.
2. Then use the infused water for stock.

1. Sprinkle into soups, stews and stir fries.

3. Blend into smoothies. 

Mix: 2-3 heaped tablespoons (30 g) into 300-350 ml water, full cream milk or milk alternative depending on desired strength.

Alternatively, add to your favourite smoothie for a protein boost, or sprinkle on cereal, fruit or yoghurt. Bake into your favourite slice or muffins.

As a dietary supplement, take one scoop daily, dissolved into a glass of water or orange juice, preferably on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, (either half an hour before food or two hours after food).

Vitamin C is vital for collagen production; ideally this powder should be mixed with orange juice or taken with a Vitamin C supplement.

Do not take type 1 & 3 collagen at the same time as type 2 collagen. They have different amino acid profiles, and if taken together, the proteins bind and form a complete protein, which means the body doesn’t recognise it as collagen anymore.

Use where you would normally use sugar, including cakes and biscuits

Suggested Use: Use Xylitol in the same manner as standard sugar. Substitute cup for cup in most recipes.
