my son do use this during the day as the tea tree oil face wash can dry your skin. i also use this for my other son's chest where the pimples started appearing & within a week the redness disappeared & starting to look great, he only use it once a day. Soak a cotton pad or cloth and gently wipe over face. Use morning and night following a cleanser.
