Melrose MCT Powder Original provides the same benefits as MCT Oil but in a convenient powder form. The medium chain triglycerides C8 and C10, which Melrose derives from coconuts are organically and sustainably farmed in the Philippines. Melrose MCT Powder also contains microencapsulated prebiotic acacia fibre. It has a neutral flavour and a light creamy consistency, with no nasty fillers.
Best used as a dressing and for general cooking.
How to use: Drizzle over salads, cooking at medium temperatures and to use as a finishing oil.
Smoke point - medium. Can be heated to approximately 200°C.
