Active Ingredients in each 5ml dose:, sambucus nigra, zingiber officinale, citrus sinensis, leptospermum scoparium, illicium verum, cinnamomum verum, syzygium aromaticum
Adults: 10ml- Max dose 10ml up to 5 x daily
Child (2-12 years): 5ml- Max dose 5ml, up to 5x daily
Baby from 6mths plus: 1ml dose

When Unwell: Max dose up to 5 x daily.
Daily support: 1 dose neat, or in hot or cold water( Dilute to taste up to 1:10).
