This product is intended for occasional use during periods of intensive exercise for triathletes, marathoners, and other endurance athletes.
MCT Oil is recommended to be used only in combination with healthy sources of dietary polyunsaturated vegetable oils, such as Melrose Flaxseed, Safflower and Sunflower Oils.
Discontinue use if you experience nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal cramps or other gastrointestinal discomfort. 
Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, cirrhosis, acidosis and liver problems. Ingredients
100% Medium chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut oil (C8, C10).

MCT consists of food grade Caprylic (C8) 55-70% and Capric (C10) 29-45% acids with less than 2% Caproic acid (C6) and less than 3% Lauric Acid (C12).
