The kit contains two sets of tablets, one for fibre and the other to support bowel and liver function. I could feel the difference and it was an easy 7 day cleanse. At the end I felt really good and had toned up around my waist. You are recommended to have a week off alcohol, which I did, and to eat a lighter diet.
