Customers on any prescription medications (including Warfarin) should consult their doctor before using this product. If their doctor approves the product, customers should then take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking their medication.
Calcium can also inhibit Iron absorption, so customers taking Iron supplements should take them at least 1 hour before or after taking this product.
Compounds in certain foods (including wheat bran, legumes, some leafy greens and almonds), protein, caffeine and sodium may impair Calcium absorption. Allow 1 hour between consuming these foods and taking a Calcium supplement. Ingredients
