A diet high in processed foods, ill health, digestive issues, and even the natural aging process can cause the number of natural digestive enzymes in the body to decline.  This can lead to bloating, a slow transit time of poorly digested waste matter from the bowels, damage to the gut flora and poor absorption of nutrients from food.

Psyllium husks (fibre) Psyllium husk is approximately 2/3 soluble fibre (helps to bind with toxins and waste) and 1/3 insoluble fibre (creates bulk and helps to move waste through the bowel) making an ideal mix of both types of beneficial daily fibre. I got this to try out a new collagen as I've been previously using an unflavoured one.
