Take one capsule per day, with food. Increased amounts up to 3 capsules can be taken if there is an increased need for antioxidants. Lifestream Astazan contains a vegetarian/vegan source of the powerful antioxidant called astaxanthin, which is a natural red component of a fresh-water plant (similar to spirulina).
