Adults: Take 1 - 2 capsules. Best taken with water half an hour before meals on an empty stomach. It is a digestive tonic that is soothing to the lining of the stomach and intestines and supports smooth and natural digestion processes. Lifestream biogenic® Aloe Vera Juice is sustainably harvested by hand- taking only the outer leaves so the plant can continue to grow.  It is then hand filleted and washed to remove the latex- which has properties that can be irritating to skin and the bowel.  The Aloe gel is then gently processed at low temperatures using the patented NaturLOCK™ process to preserve the phytonutrient as close to the fresh plant as possible.
