Gently: Rub the bar on the hair or between the hands until a good lather is produced and massage the lather into the hair and scalp, leave for a short period as desired and then rinse completely.

When switching over from detergent based shampoos to a natural solid shampoo bar there is typically a transitionary period where your scalp and hair adjust to the use of the bar. This can be different from person to person and If you do experience transitional changes that do not improve after a couple of weeks, try a different shampoo bar to find the right one for you.

Best used on damp skin when straight out of a shower or bath.
Simply swipe the bar down the area to be moisturised (use less than you think you need) and rub in.
