Insert nozzle into the nostril and squeeze bottle whilst breathing in through your nose. Remove the nozzle form nostril and allow the bottle to re-inflate.

Directions: The metered nasal pump sprayer provides a precise amount of soothing spray in a fine mist.

Prior to initial use, remove clear cap and prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed. Gently blow your nose to clear the nasal passages.
