I had tried just about everything! dairy free, gluten free and sugar free eating but it never helped my unsettled bloated feeling - my gut and what I was eating was starting to upset my daily life and routine. I am day 9 of 15 days through this detox and I feel amazing! I did struggle to give up caffeine and had horrific headaches so I do suggest you wean yourself off this gradually before starting like the booklet suggests.
