The flavour is unoffensive although a bit sweeter than I would like as my smoothies are already sweet enough. Delicious in a smoothie or just mixed with water, and added bonus of amino acids, which many other plant based proteins don't have. This is my favourite protein powder I’ve tried so far. It tastes delicious and doesn’t have a grainy texture. Never tried it in baking but it goes well with water, choice of milk or in a smoothie *Results may vary from Customer to Customer The taste is nice and subtle. Mixes well in smoothies. It doesn't taste salted at all though.
