I brought this for use during the birth of my second child (after having a lot of bruising and swelling with my first). It worked a treat and I was much more comfortable post birth. This lives in my handbag and I use it whenever my little girls have any significant ouch accidents (common in preschoolers) and they now even ask for it. It's a great mental and physical healer and I recommend it to lots of people. Everyone I know who tries it is not disappointed. Arnica Lotion diluted with 9 parts of water is ideal for use as a wet compress which can be left on overnight under a loose elastic bandage.
