Each refill pack contains two refills 30m carefully packed in environmentally friendly packaging. They are packed in food grade wax paper inside the craft paper box. Silk floss – fully biodegradable, pure silk with natural mint flavour and candelilla wax.

  1. Use morning and night when you brush your teeth.
  2. Stick your tongue out.
  3. Gently scrape from the back to the front of the tongue.
  4. Rinse and remove debris between each scrape.
  5. Repeat until you have covered your entire tongue surface.
  6. Wash your tongue scraper using water and soap, dry and store in a dry covered area.
