This cleanser is the most gentlest but most effective cleanser i have ever used, it dose not leave a greasy film on the skin like some other cream cleanser can. It calms the skin, reduces redness and best of all dose not cause breakouts.I have found since i have been using this that i have far less breakouts, and really get any pimples now!! its dose not strip the skin or leave it dry. It is also fabulous for taking make up and eye makeup off. I have been using the Trilogy sensitive calming serum for the last 2 weeks. The first thing I notice upon opening the bottle is that there is no smell which is great because you know it doesn't have any extra chemicals in it that it doesn't need to. The bottle has the 'eye dropper' applicator so you can squeeze just the right amount onto your skin. The serum is so light and when it touches your skin it almost melts into it. I have enjoyed using it at night after a day in the sun or wind, it really does feel like it calms the skin and takes away that dry itchy feeling. It claims to make fine lines visibly smoother, but I don't really notice that, I just think that it makes your skin feel really smooth after using it. I did think though after applying it to my face it felt like the skin was tighter almost, so maybe that is the product working to visibly smooth it.
This serum is great to use under your normal moisturiser too as it soaks into the skin within seconds and leaves a really nice base for your make-up, and also a lot goes a long way.
So overall it is a really great product to use and feels lovely on the skin, very good for sensitive skin and skin that has been out in the elements. *Results may vary from Customer to Customer Cautions

Since I have started using this the main positives I've found is its refreshing and easy to apply 2 to 3 sprays leaving you feeling more awake and refreshed. I tend to use this at anytime of the day. And both my morning and night routines after cleansing - Unsure how much of a difference this product makes on its own however when paired with a cleanser and moisturiser is seems to do well. This product feels like sprayed water on your face which i found is great for the mornings to help wake yourself up.
