I'm a female taking Menzzz as I find them much simpler to take than the Adult Sleep Drops. 5 drops 30mins before bed then another 5 drops (if needed) just before I turn out the lights. I find that I can settle to sleep much faster and easier and if I wake in the middle of the night, I take another 5 drops and can get BACK to sleep a lot quicker than without the drops.
