Adult (12 years and older): Apply 2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily. Children (2 years to 11 years): Apply 1 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily. Adults: Take 2-6mls (1-3 capfuls) as required up to 4 times daily. Take undiluted or mix with hot or cold water. Children: Take half adult dose.
