The natural ability to produce GSH declines as we age, become sick, have been on lots of antibiotics, or suffer chronic stress. Adults: Take 6 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon) daily.

Children (2+ years): Take up to 3 ml (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) daily.

  • Shake bottle firmly each day to avoid the product crystallising/separating.
  • If crystallisation occurs, the product efficacy is not affected. Simply shake the bottle well.
  • Take on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 minutes before food. 
  • Take straight from the spoon or mix easily in a glass of water or juice.
  • Refrigerate after opening. Use within 45 days of opening.
