Take one tablet three times a day with food. NOTE: Niacin supplementation can cause flushing if excess dosage is administered. Niacin, given in high dosage, will cause flushing. However, when the body is forced to manufacture its own B3, tryptophan is robbed from the serotonin pathway for the process, causing shortages.
