I use this product for a while and it is really wonderful. Gives me radiant skin, healthy hairs and so much more energy. *Results may vary from Customer to Customer I was told to take an Evening Primrose Oil to help with menopause and I went to the best one available. i don't know about the other 'cheaper' ones but this one really seems to help with hot flushes and nigh sweats. Taking this product for the first time
Take 3 capsules with food for the first 12 weeks to help optimise the body's stores of essential fatty acids. After this time a lower intake is sufficient to maintain the body's levels. Ingredients
