I was lucky enough to win a tub of the Go Glucosamine 1-A-Day in a newsletter draw so I was really keen to try them out. The size of the capsules was quite a shock - they look quite large but they are easy to swallow and I have been taking one each morning. Initially I didn't really notice anything but after about a week of taking this product I can honestly say that I am noticing an improvement in my knee joints- less aches after working in the garden and possibly more flexibility.
