Adults: Take 1 – 2 tablets daily. An extra dose may be taken as professionally advised. Children under 12 years: Take as professionally advised. Tienchi ginseng is used to help manage a range of issues related to blood flow and circulation in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is believed to help reduce mild bleeding, resolve bruising, and ease the swelling, pain and inflammation of soft tissue injuries to muscles, tendons and ligaments, including sprains and strains, muscle soreness and minor wounds. Tienchi ginseng is also traditionally used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help manage heavy menstrual periods (menorrhagia). In Traditional Chinese Medicine, circulatory issues (including heavy periods, bruising, and the swelling and congestion that can occur around soft tissue injuries) are often regarded as being due to sluggish or ‘stagnant’ blood flow; tienchi ginseng is traditionally used to help invigorate the Blood, address the stagnation and normalise the flow.
