Doesn't taste as bad as expected. It feels like I got rid of those nasty bacteria that just sit in the gut screaming out for unhealthy carbs all the time. As I say I have only being doing this for three weeks so the journey to a healthier body will be a slow and long one but each day is a goal reach. I only take 2x cap fulls a day (am/pm) and I find that this works for me best because I work to a budget. I have no worries in regards to the taste it reminds me of swedish bitters I used to take when I was younger and for me the taste means its more healthy than the 'cream bun' taste which surprisingly enough I dont miss or crave for even when they are around. I really couldn't. I am only taking 2 teaspoons twice a day so I don't know if this will help me but I just can't bear to take anymore than that. It stays on your lips, your gums and tongue for a good 15 minutes even after eating something strong tasting to try to get rid of the taste. I am not exaggerating.
