Bowel Zone

I’m taking this in preparation for the gut repair. I’m on day three and my guts have had enough. Two days was fine but three is uncomfortable and unpredictable. The first day I used a level teaspoon, day two half a teaspoon and day three 2/3 teaspoon. Regretting taking the third dose. Maybe I’m just sensitive. If I was to try again I would use it in yoghurt. *Results may vary from Customer to Customer Works so well! I was surprised by how gentle this was. There was no pain whatsoever. Just had the urge “to go” the next morning. Removed a lot of waste from my system. All came out in one go too which meant no worrying throughout the day about needing to get to a toilet. Take just before bed and is all over in the morning. I would suggest starting this on a Friday night so you have the weekend to understand what will happen - this was full on diarrhea for the first 3 days, and then only first thing in the morning following that once I stopped the lemon juice. In the end I opted out of the lemon juice totally, as that was just too hectic. There was no weight loss (more's the pity) but it certainly got my digestive system going. This will clear you out, make no mistake, so be warned that it's not a gentle 'get your system going', this is a full on flush out and cleanse.
