As a general rule, you should cleanse your skin twice a day. First thing in the morning, because your skin pushes waste onto the surface throughout the night. (now you know why you have pimples there when you wake up!)
Also at night, to remove surface impurities such as pollutants, makeup, and the general accumulation of dirt throughout the day.
Loosen any surface dirt by dampening a facecloth with warm water and applying to the skin
Apply your cleanser either with your hands, and in an upward circular motion, gently massage the cleanser into your face and neck. This will help to improve texture and feel of skin as well as increasing circulation to stimulate oxygen carrying blood cells to the area.
Thoroughly massage your entire face and concentrate on any areas that have visibly blocked pores.
Remove the cleanser with a damp face cloth and rinse thoroughly.
