Diffusion: 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required. 

Bath: 10 drops mixed in water. 

Massage: 10 drops to 1 teaspoon of Absolute Massage Oil (unscented). 

Compress: Add 5 drops to hot-wet cloth, place over small of back for pain relief or hormone balancing. Or add 5 drops to hot-dry cloth place over small of back, support with hot water bottle and leave as long as possible while resting.

Breathing Easy: To support a healthy respiratory system in response to irritation in the throat and lungs add 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply three times a day around the throat and onto the chest and back or add 10 drops to steam inhalation or a diffuser. Sinuses: Add 5-10 drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply for 5 minutes to support normal respiration. Eucalyptus has antiseptic properties, as well as a deep penetrating aroma, to help clear the respiratory tract and promote easy breathing.

Respiration: To help clear congestion of the throat and chest, add 20 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply three times a day around the throat, back and chest. Especially beneficial at night-time to encourage sleep without coughing.

Fabric Softener: Add 5 drops of Eucalyptus oil to your wool hand wash and your jumpers will come out soft and smelling fresh. Or add 10 drops to the rinse cycle in your washing machine and all your clothes will feel softer. Use as required.

1. Mix up a non-toxic, all-purpose cleaner.
Just mix one part Apple Cider Vinegar with one part water, filter that into a spray bottle, and get to work. 

2. Stamp out the smell in any room.
To knock out smoky smells in particular, pour the Apple Cider Vinegar into a shallow bowl and place it where the odor is strongest . Leave it out for as long as it takes for the smell to vanish.

3. Make your garden grow—without a single weed.
It can be used as fertilizer (particularly on plants that love acids, like blueberry bushes) and also as a weed killer. Pour it directly on weed infested areas, and mix 10 ounces of Apple Cider Vinegar (with a five percent acidity) with 10 gallons of water to fertilize soil.
