Directions: Before using Xlear® Nasal Spray – gently blow your nose to clear the nasal passages.
Insert nozzle into the nostril and squeeze bottle whilst breathing in through your nose. Remove the nozzle form nostril and allow the bottle to re-inflate.
Spray 2-4 times in each nostril. When nose is completely blocked, lie down for five minutes after spraying. Clean nozzle after use and replace safety cap.
For best results: Use at least twice daily, morning and night.
Xlear® can be used as often as needed for optimal health to cleanse sinuses and nasal passages.
