The flavour is unoffensive although a bit sweeter than I would like as my smoothies are already sweet enough. Delicious in a smoothie or just mixed with water, and added bonus of amino acids, which many other plant based proteins don't have. The original flavour is not sickly, and it has a great smooth consistency, perfect for adding protein to fruit smoothies!
