Allergen Support

Adults: Take 2 capsules two to three times daily. Children 6-12 years: Take 1-2 capsules daily. Children 2-6 years: Take ½-1 capsule daily, mix capsule contents with a little syrup or honey to mask the spicy flavour. Histamine is a substance released by certain cells (including mast cells) when the body encounters an allergen, and is the trigger for many symptoms of mild allergies and intolerances.
